I recently moved out after being a resident for 6 years. I had to move because the rent was too high hence the 4/5 rating. My first couple of years rent went up around 40 dollars extra a month. The last 3 years, it was increased by 160-200 monthly.
Aside from the rent being high, it was a good place to live. Audrey and Jacquie in the front office were wonderful. Maintenance came in to fix any issues I had within a day or two. I had to call them once after hours for an emergency and they were very prompt. As far as apartment complexes in Westminster, this is the best one in my opinion. Each apartment has their own washer and dryer which is great so you don’t have to share. There is also a nice walking path around the apartments as well.

We’re so happy to have recently moved in! The apartment is gorgeous, with everything we need, and the location is just perfect. But the best part has been Jacquie and Audrey– they have been absolutely lovely. Both made the entire move-in process so smooth and welcoming. Looking forward to enjoying everything this place has to offer!

I absolutely love it here. The leasing center and maintenance team go above and beyond to assist you with any and all your needs. They are helpful, friendly and listen to you. What is even more great they work with you and listen to you! That is few and far to find anywhere else and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and wouldn’t want to!
